Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book with NKPS?
There are multiple ways you can book with NKPS - email us, send us a Facebook or Instagram message from our pages, or fill out the form right above the FAQs.
Do you require a deposit?
Nope! We book without a deposit. However, we do have a cancelation fee if the dates are cancelled with less than 7 days notice of the booking. The cancelation fee is 25% of the total sitting that was booked.
Who do I contact to change or cancel services?
All scheduling changes need to be done through Charity (the main contact) and she will pass the information onto the sitter for any changes.
How do I pay NKPS?
After the sitting has been complete, you will receive an invoice to the email you provided. Payment is required within 2 days of the invoice being sent.
Do pet sitters get tips?
While tipping is not necessary it is appreciated if you are pleased with the work done while you are away. All tips sent with payments go directly to the sitter.
